This may not happen to all and you are lucky enough not to go through this kind of situation if there is no bullying in the workplace that you are engaging with. In definition, workplace bullying can also be described as the tendency of individuals to use aggressive actions or attitude against a certain co-employee or a subordinate if you are talking about boss bullies.
You might be caught in a situation like bullying in the workplace and you just can't resist to get out of the situation because the more you tell it to your co-worker the more disappointed you become because they do not seem to empathize with you. They often question themselves of their worth especially when someone has been rewarded or promoted. They resist the happiness to be proud and be happy for the success of others; they deal with the situation by committing actions that are intended to cause destruction to a successful co-worker.

Most of the time, bullies themselves suffer most of the consequences due to some psychological conditions that caused them to act as bullies in the workplace. Bullies often feel depressed that they often incur too many absences, which is not good for the condition of the company. In terms of production, absence or even lack of concentration in keeping up with work deadlines lead to enormous profit losses for the company.
Bullying in the workplace also results to uncomfortable relationships among co-workers since bullies as well as bullied employees tend to become antisocial. This is the most common cause of stress in the workplace.
Being anxious and stressed out, targets of workplace bullying, whichever the case, might suffer unfavorable results that often extend to their homes. This would often cause arguments and unnecessary discussions in the family leading to unharmonious relationships and eventually the fall of marriages.
Bullying in the workplace does not bring about favorable results to employees and the company in which they exist in. Employers need to act on how to resolve issues like these to prevent the losses that the company would eventually suffer as a result.
